- Silicon (Silicon dioxide) – 50 mg
- Magnesium (Magnesium oxide) – 25 mg
- Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol)(a vegan source of vitamin D) – 1,000 IU (25 mcg)
Non-medicinal ingredients:
- Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate.
DIRECTIONS
Adult dosage: Take 1 capsule daily.
